Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and BizLyn Softwares ("BizLyn", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the BizLyn business management platform ("Platform").

By checking the consent box on the login page, creating an account, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

BizLyn is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform offering modules for business management, finance, HR, payroll, CRM, inventory, procurement, sales, analytics, and related functions. The Platform is provided on a subscription basis to registered organisations ("Entities").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at contact@bizlyn.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• BizLyn enforces single-session login; concurrent sessions from different devices will trigger automatic sign-out.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Platform to store or process data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform or its data.

• Access to the Platform is granted based on the subscription tier purchased by your Entity Admin.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a periodic basis as agreed at the time of sign-up.
• If a subscription expires, access will be suspended until renewed. Financial records remain accessible during a 30-day grace period.
• Certain features are locked to specific subscription tiers. Tier-locked features are clearly marked in the interface.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

• You and your Entity retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Platform.
• BizLyn processes your data solely to provide the Platform services as described in our Privacy Policy.
• BizLyn acts as a data processor in respect of data entered by your Entity, and as a data controller for user account data.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter into the Platform (e.g. employee or customer records) is collected and shared lawfully.

The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of BizLyn Softwares and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Platform, and to use such information only for the purposes of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizLyn's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by your Entity in the 3 months preceding the claim.

BizLyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

• You may stop using the Platform at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if your subscription lapses.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for the period described in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be deleted.
• You may request a data export before termination via Settings → Profile → Download My Data.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

For EU/UK users, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer or data protection law, including your rights under GDPR.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
